We are excited to introduce our new Vantaca Home Portal for your Association! Through the Portal you can check your account balance, make payments, obtain documents, and communicate with us.
Portal Access
To set up your portal, you should have already received an email or letter with a registration password to log in to your account. If you cannot locate this email or letter, please select the "I forgot My Login/Password" at the top of the Log In page to re-set your password. If the new password you receive does not work, it is almost always due to a typo in which similar looking characters are mistaken for each other (e.g. lowercase l and capital I, or letter O and number 0).
ACH/AUTO DRAFT ENROLLMENT: Once you are in the Portal, you can sign up and ENROLL in AUTO-PAYMENT, by clicking on the ENROLL button and entering your banking info. There is not charge for this service. If you want to make a one-time payment, you can use the Make a Payment button, but please note that there is a charge for all one-time payments.
PAYMENTS THROUGH YOUR OWN BANK/PAPER CHECKS: You can still use your own Bank's online bill pay service or write paper checks at no charge. Please add your Account Number to the Memo Section of your check and mail your check to our lock-box address for these options:
